1. The service
FrameNotion (operated by the provider named in the imprint) turns a web page you submit into a 30-second video ad using AI. Results are generated automatically and can contain mistakes — please review every ad before you publish it.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have your guardian's consent.
3. What you may submit
- Only submit pages, logos and product images you are allowed to use for advertising (e.g. your own products or with the brand owner's permission).
- No illegal, misleading or infringing content, and no attempts to misuse, automate or overload the service.
4. Your ads
You may use the ads you create for any purpose, including commercially, for your own brand or for clients — worldwide and without time limit. This is subject to the rights of third parties in the material you submitted (trademarks, photos, logos), which remain your responsibility.
5. Open beta, plans and payment
FrameNotion is currently an open beta and free of charge. Daily limits apply so everyone gets a turn, and features may change. No payment is taken. Paid plans will be offered later; you'll see their prices and terms and have to accept them before you pay anything.
6. Availability
During the beta we don't guarantee availability or that every link produces an ad. Failed attempts don't count toward any limit we may introduce for paid plans.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. While the service is free of charge, we are otherwise not liable for slight negligence. Once you use a paid plan, we are liable for slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual obligations — obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely — limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll tell you about material changes in advance.
9. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. Questions: [email protected].
